Call Your Councillor & the Mayor

Please take 3-5 minutes out of your day to make a few calls. A majority of people email or sign a petition but making calls to your Councillor & the Mayor urging them to support these historic recommendations is critical and more influential than just taking one of the other actions!

Shorter voicemails are better! There is limited space in Councillor inboxes and we want to make sure we can pack as many calls as possible in there!

I am calling today to affirm my support for the staff recommendations in item IE19.11 yongeTOmorrow - Municipal Class Environmental Assessment on Yonge Street from Queen Street to College/Carlton Street that were approved by the Infrastructure & Environment Committee.

I urge you to support this once in a lifetime opportunity to amplify Yonge Street’s prominence as a vibrant, pedestrian-prioritized, globally-significant and flexible destination street.
